To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources discipline (Industrial & Labor Relations, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior) • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent) • Have a maximum of 3 years post bachelor’s degree experience • Be fluent in oral and written English and have excellent all-round communication skills • Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying • Supporting business success and having a passion for working with and developing people • Show excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
