Baker Hughes shall explicitly reserve the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiting, staffing, or employment agency for any unsolicited resumes received, including those submitted or discussed by a third party with our hiring managers in the absence of a valid written agreement between the parties.
